ZAGS
The Zags entered my studio during a break between two large paintings.

I am not a street artist, neither graffiti artist, but as a painter and visual artiste I was curious to explore the relationship between abstraction, graffiti and kinetics.

The first Zag was thus born from the happy encounter between a simple wooden hoop, a few carpenter foldable double-meters and my brushes.
He was the first one of the tribe. The exercise turned out to be an inexhaustible game and from the same components, new "individuals" regularly appeared, each in his own way expressing his own dynamism and character.
When several Zags grab a wall, the show begins. A choreography sets in, they jubilate, they hip hop, they defy, attract, challenge each other, but above, something happens, they tell stories.
